How do i register for electronic voting?
To register for electronic voting simply click here and complete the relevant fields on the form and submit.
Who is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the retention ponds?
The CDD is responsible for maintenance and cleaning. If you have any concerns, please reach out to Manager@RetreatCG.com to report the issue.
Can I run my dog off-leash in the community?
The Retreat and Osceola County require all dogs to be on a leash at all times. Also, be sure to bring doggie bags to clean up any pet waste.
Are room rentals allowed in the Retreat?
Room rentals are prohibited. Any leases or rental agreements must be for residential purposes and for not less than the entire unit.
Are RVs, trailers, boats, slingshots, golf carts, or campers allowed in the Retreat?
No, these vehicles are prohibited in the Retreat. They will be turned away at the gate.
Owners are permitted to have golf carts but these must be prearranged with management to ensure entry through gate and must be garaged when not in use.
I have a pest issue in my house. Who do I contact?
The owner is responsible for pest control for their own home. The owner will need to contact a pest control vendor for service information and scheduling.
The Association requires a copy of the management agreement between the owner and the property manager or management company before sharing any property-related information. This agreement must outline the property manager’s responsibilities.
How would a property management company or property manager obtain property information from Castle Group regarding items like account information and payment options?
Are there alligators in the community?
Alligators are native to the area, and they may occasionally be seen in retention ponds. For everyone’s safety, fishing by the ponds and feeding alligators are strictly prohibited. These activities can attract alligators and make them more comfortable around people. Please stay aware of your surroundings, especially near the water.
Is there recycling in the community?
There is no recycling in the Retreat.
Who do I contact to get approval to place a dumpster on my driveway during construction?

Are charter buses allowed in the Retreat?
No, all charter buses should go directly to the tennis court parking lot for guest pick-up/drop-off. The address for the parking lot is 8955 Cliftons Draw Drive Davenport, FL 33896.
2 axle minibuses are permitted.
Payments are due on the 1st of every month and considered late on the 10th of the month. Payments received after the 10th will incur late fees, late charges, and interest fees.
When is the Retreat monthly assessment due?
What does the monthly assessment for a townhome cover or include?
The townhome monthly assessment covers landscaping, sprinklers, roofs, and exterior walls. However, it does not include pest control for the inside or outside of the units, which is the owner's responsibility.
Where is the postal mailbox located for my property?
The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to communities primarily used for short-term rentals, so most houses in the Retreat do not receive USPS mail. However, a few homes have mailboxes as an exception. FedEx, UPS, and other parcel services do deliver to the properties, with packages left at the front door.
My home doesn’t have a mailbox but my neighbor’s do, can I get one?
In the first 2 phases of construction in the Retreat mailboxes were installed by Lennar as the developer but subsequent phases do not have mailboxes. You can rent a mailbox at the UPS store in Chanpionsgate and have your mail delivered there for a fee.
