What is the HOA responsible for versus Owner?

Irrigation Services

HOA is responsible for the irrigation from the Valves forward to the Sprinker heads and watering units for trees. SIngle Family owners are responsible to the Valve back including items such as lines between the meter and valves and irrigation clock & rain sensor. For Townhomes the HOA is responsible for everything.

What are the Toho Water Authority permitted days for watering?

You can find out which days Toho permits lawn, tree and plant watering by clicking HERE.

Who sets the timing and seasonal adjustment on my irrigation clock?

The HOA’s irrigation team will visit each clock monthly and test the system looking for any broken heads. As part of this visit they will adjust your clock if necessary to ensure lawns and plants have the appropriate level of watering. Whilst we are aware that many owners have wifi control we strongly urge you to trust the team and not amend the settings.

My irrigation timer or rain sensor isn’t working, who do i contact?

For Townhomes please contact manager@retreatcg.com and we will take care of it.

For Single Family Homes this is your responsibility to replace so you can either have it replaced yourself via supplier of your choice or contact manager@retreatcg.com to obtain price and make payment for replacement and fitting.
