The Master HOA is responsible for:

• All the gates and gatehouses

• Gate access, Guest Registration, and car barcodes

• Maintaining the shared roads within Champions Gate

• Landscaping around the shared roads within Champions Gate, Exclusive Common Areas & Condos

• Open from Sunrise to Sunset
• Door Code to the bathroom is 1999

Dog Park

Just a quick heads-up—Osceola County requires all dogs to be on a leash at all times. Also, don’t forget to bring some doggie bags so you can clean up after your pup.
