If an account has been found to need newer equipment, the owner is notified either by mail or through the MySpectrum App. Each homeowner can view their account, make payments, and view all connected equipment on that app, which is highly recommended.
Owners may upgrade their services at their own expense based on the current rates. Contact Bulk Resident Customer Support at 833-697-7328 to request service upgrades. Any additional upgrades will be billed directly to the homeowner.
