Gate Access

All guests driving on the premises must be pre-registered and listed in the gate-access application by the owner or property manager. It is mandatory for all guests entering the community to be registered in the gate-access application.

GOLF CARTS

Rental golf carts are strictly prohibited except for Retreat homeowners with prior written approval from the Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM).  The golf cart must be stored in the homeowner's garage when not in use. Additionally, golf cart keys should be securely stored in a location that is inaccessible to rental guests during their stay.

TOW TRUCKS SERVICES

Authorization for permitting a tow truck into the ChampionsGate community must originate from either a property manager or a registered guest. Gate operations must be notified of the tow truck’s arrival and provided with the requesting party’s address.

RENTER & GUEST ENTRY PASSES

Entry passes with embedded QR codes are non-transferable and must not be provided to other individuals or vehicles. Unauthorized sharing of passes is expressly prohibited and explicitly indicated at the bottom of all issued passes. Breach of this policy may result in termination of tenancy and prohibition from accessing the community.

Upon scanning an orange pass, vehicle information will be cross-referenced with the identification details on record. In the event of a discrepancy between the vehicle information and the registered identification, access to the premises will be denied.

Each registered guest shall be permitted to register only one vehicle.

Each renter is allowed a maximum of eight (8) vehicles to enter the community per day, regardless of how many individuals are included on the guest list.

PERMITTED VEHICLES

The following vehicles are permitted entry into the ChampionsGate community:

Sedans
Minivans
Sport Utility Vehicles
Motorcycles (two wheels)

RIDESHARE SERVICES

All guests arriving via ride-share services such as Uber, Lyft or commercial taxi must be registered regardless of the age of the renter/guest.

Additionally, ride share drivers are required to present a valid driver's license or government-issued ID to gain entry to ChampionsGate. Guests not listed in the gate-access application must leave the entry area of the gatehouse and contact the management company or property owner they rented the house from.

CONTRACTOR / VENDOR ACCESS

Contractors and vendors with a preauthorized work order can enter with their work vehicles.  Review Frequently Asked Questions below for more information on work orders and how contractors/vendors obtain them.

Deliveries by commercial truck are permitted between the hours of 7:00AM and 7:00PM or if prior arrangements have been made with Gate Operations.

Commercial Food and furniture/appliance deliveries are generally permitted but vendors must be registered prior to arrival at the gatehouse.

For commercial food service deliveries, such as Uber Eats, Pizza Delivery or Instacart,  the driver is required to present the address to the gate attendant using the GPS application associated with the food delivery service.  If the driver fails to comply, the food delivery service will be turned away.

Commercial vehicles may enter the community solely for a maximum duration of two hours to load and unload. Vehicles with permission to load and unload must complete these activities between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM to minimize disruption to neighbors and guests. They are not permitted to remain on the property overnight and will be subject to towing if not in compliance.

For commercial vehicle entry, the homeowner or property manager must notify the Retreat’s Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) at least two business days prior to their arrival. This notification should include the arrival date for unloading and the departure date for loading, ensuring proper communication with the Gate Operations and with the roving patrol service (currently Curtis Protective Services).

Commercial vehicles must not obstruct traffic flow within the community or block sidewalks, fire hydrants, curb cuts, driveways, intersections, or neighboring driveways while onsite. Violations will result in the vehicle being ticketed or towed.

Guests utilizing pre-approved vehicles for loading or unloading must arrange for offsite parking during their stay. Overnight parking of such vehicles is not permitted at The Retreat at ChampionsGate, and violations will result in towing.

Guests, owners, and Property Managers (PMs) who have obtained approval from the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) will receive written confirmation from the Retreat’s Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM). This written confirmation must be presented to the gate attendant, who will then verify it by contacting the Retreat LCAM.
